Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Texas Pathway Intervention Services LLC ("Texas Pathway," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online portal, and all court-ordered education programs we provide, including the Texas Drug Offender Education Program (DOEP)Â and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or participating in any Texas Pathway program or using our online portal, you agree to comply with these Terms, all applicable Texas laws and regulations, and any additional rules or policies provided to you in writing. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
2. Eligibility & Court Requirements
Our programs are primarily designed for individuals who are required by a Texas court, probation department, or other authorized agency to complete a Drug Offender Education Program (DOEP) or similar court-ordered education. It is your responsibility to:
• Confirm that our program meets your specific court or agency requirements before enrolling.
• Provide accurate case and court information during registration.
• Comply with all deadlines and conditions set by your court, probation officer, or supervising authority.
We do not guarantee that completion of our program will automatically satisfy every court or agency requirement. You should verify acceptance with your court or supervising authority in advance.
3. Registration, Accounts & Portal Access
To enroll in a program, you must complete the online registration form truthfully and completely. You agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with others.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to our Services if we believe information provided is false, misleading, or violates these Terms.
4. Program Participation & Attendance
Our programs are delivered through scheduled live online classes. To successfully complete a program, you must:
• Attend all required sessions in full, arriving on time and remaining for the entire class.
• Participate appropriately, follow instructor directions, and maintain respectful conduct.
• Refrain from disruptive behavior, harassment, or use of abusive language.
• Not attend class while under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.
Failure to meet attendance or conduct requirements may result in removal from the program, denial of a certificate of completion, and/or the need to re-enroll at your own expense.
5. Certificates of Completion & Reporting
Upon successful completion of all program requirements, and after all fees are paid in full, Texas Pathway will issue a certificate of completion in accordance with applicable Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) rules. We may also provide confirmation of completion to your court, probation officer, or supervising authority when required or authorized.
It is ultimately your responsibility to:
• Confirm how your court or agency wants proof of completion submitted.
• Ensure that all required documents are delivered on time.
We are not responsible for delays or consequences resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you or from your failure to follow court instructions.
